Made to order

No garment is held in stock. Each one is printed after the order is placed by a partner facility. Production and dispatch locations vary by product, destination, availability, print method, and capacity; the facility ships directly to the customer. They are not fixed to Japan or Tokyo. The seal itself is hand-carved in Tokyo — Carved in Tokyo.

Shipping regions

Orders ship to Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Canada, Australia, and Switzerland.

Import duties and taxes

Shipping is included in the price. Applicable taxes and duties vary by destination and fulfilment route. Amounts collected at checkout are shown before payment. Import duties, import taxes, or customs fees not collected at checkout may be charged to the recipient on delivery.

Lead times

Print

2–5 business days after the order is confirmed.

Transit

Several days to roughly three weeks after dispatch, depending on the destination, dispatch location, and customs.

Total time from order confirmation to arrival is typically one to four weeks, varying with the destination, dispatch location, weather, seasonal load, and customs clearance.

Shipping cost

Shipping is included in the price. No shipping charge is added at checkout.

Tracking

A shipping notification email containing the tracking number is sent at dispatch.

Address changes

Before dispatch, an address change can be requested via the contact form or by email. After dispatch, the address cannot be changed.

Failed delivery

If a parcel is returned because of a prolonged absence or an incorrect address, the reshipping fee is charged again. Reshipment terms are arranged case by case.
