Made to order

No garment is held in stock. Each one is printed after the order is placed, by a partner facility, and shipped from that facility directly to the customer. The seal itself remains hand-carved in Tokyo — Carved in Tokyo.

Shipping regions

Orders ship to Japan and internationally — including the United States, the United Kingdom, the EU, Canada, Australia, and Switzerland.

Import duties and taxes

For deliveries outside Japan, the destination country may charge import duties or taxes (such as VAT) on arrival. These are paid by the recipient, to the carrier, on delivery. Shipping is included in the price; import duties and taxes are not.

Lead times

Print

2–5 business days after the order is confirmed.

Domestic transit

1–3 days after dispatch.

International transit

Roughly 1–3 weeks after dispatch, depending on customs.

Total time is typically 1–2 weeks domestically and 2–4 weeks internationally, varying with seasonal load and customs clearance.

Shipping cost

Shipping is included in the price. Nothing is added at checkout.

Tracking

A shipping notification email containing the tracking number is sent at dispatch.

Address changes

Before dispatch, an address change can be requested via the contact form or by email. After dispatch, the address cannot be changed.

Failed delivery

If a parcel is returned because of a prolonged absence or an incorrect address, the reshipping fee is charged again. Reshipment terms are arranged case by case.
