Made to order
No garment is held in stock. Each one is printed after the order is placed, by a partner facility, and shipped from that facility directly to the customer. The seal itself remains hand-carved in Tokyo — Carved in Tokyo.
Shipping regions
Orders currently ship within Japan only. International shipping is being prepared; this page will be updated when it opens.
Lead times
- 2–5 business days after the order is confirmed.
- Domestic transit
- 1–3 days after dispatch.
Total time is typically 1–2 weeks from order confirmation, varying with seasonal load.
Shipping cost
Shipping is included in the price. Nothing is added at checkout.
Tracking
A shipping notification email containing the tracking number is sent at dispatch.
Address changes
Before dispatch, an address change can be requested via the contact form or by email. After dispatch, the address cannot be changed.
Failed delivery
If a parcel is returned because of a prolonged absence or an incorrect address, the reshipping fee is charged again. Reshipment terms are arranged case by case.
