Origin
From the Diamond Sutra (Vajracchedikā): "give rise to a mind that dwells nowhere" (応無所住而生其心). Traditionally the verse that awakened the Sixth Patriarch, Huineng.
Seal
Cut by hand in Tokyo by the artist. The angle of the blade and the depth of the stroke decide where the ink bleeds and where it holds. No imprint repeats.
